alright, well here is what i have had so far. i am going to try to keep track of how many calories everything i eat is, but sometimes that might be a little difficult. here we go:
breakfast:(around 9:30)
- one cup weight watchers cereal (110 calories) with 1% milk
- one yogurt smoothie (80 calories)
lunch:(appox. 3:30)
- two cups romaine lettuce with two tbsp. light casesar dressing
- one bottle of orange juice
dinner:(around 8:00)
- homemade sub with sundried tomato turkey (one slice), lettuce, light rance sauce, cheddar cheese and jhalpenos
- glass of cranberry juice
cheat of the day:
- popcorn and coke shared with a friend during a movie
excersise:
- carmen electra: fit to strip: 30 minute full body workout
- calories burnt: uncertain, over 100
