- one granny smith apple
- one cup parmesan cheese

lunch:(around 1:30)
- one sub bun with light tomato sauce and 1/4 cup mozarella cheese
- 3/4 mozzarella cheese, grated, on the side

dinner:(appox. 6:00)
- lean cuisine: chicken pompadora
- one tall non fat, no whip, no sauce carmel frappacino
- one bottle orange juice

snack: (approx. 10:45)
- one bottle orange juice
- one granny smith apple

excersise:
- one hour on treadmill doing waist reducer and calorie coach settings
- burnt 615 calories

alright, well here is what i have had so far. i am going to try to keep track of how many calories everything i eat is, but sometimes that might be a little difficult. here we go:

breakfast:(around 9:30)
- one cup weight watchers cereal (110 calories) with 1% milk
- one yogurt smoothie (80 calories)

lunch:(appox. 3:30)
- two cups romaine lettuce with two tbsp. light casesar dressing
- one bottle of orange juice

dinner:(around 8:00)
- homemade sub with sundried tomato turkey (one slice), lettuce, light rance sauce, cheddar cheese and jhalpenos
- glass of cranberry juice

cheat of the day:
- popcorn and coke shared with a friend during a movie

excersise:
- carmen electra: fit to strip: 30 minute full body workout
- calories burnt: uncertain, over 100

today wasn't a very good day, but we'll see just what exactly happens as the week progresses.

breakfast:(around 10:30)
- two eggs, scrambled with a bit of cheddar cheese
- two pieces of whole wheat bread, lightly spread with butter
- glass of water

lunch:(around 2:00)
- one pepporoni stick
- one strawberry/bannana bottled yogurt smoothie
- water

dinner:(approx. 6:00)
- one lean cuisine 'chicken carbonnara'
- one medium peach julius

snack:(around 11:00)
- one low fat chocolate chip rice cake
- 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese
- one bottle of water

excersise:
thirty (30) minutes on the treadmill
- calories burnt: 120

cheat of the day:
- one large slice of rum cake
